There are no exceptions they are custom made to your request and to each order personalized. You must return you item in our hand within 30 day or our 30 days return policy is null and void. Once ordered these item are non cancel within 48 hours , as we have started the casting process of your order.

Our BodyJewels Standard Collection offers over 6000 mountings and are not special orders. This excludes any custom orders , stone color changes, screwbacks on earrings, All items are standard as shown, any changes are considered a " Custom Order" and non returnable.

BodyJewels will happily exchange or refund any unworn, unaltered, undamaged and un sized item for you in accordance with the restrictions outlined in this section. All returns must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) (No Exceptions) number and be returned in a sturdy box and returned to BodyJewels.Net (within 30 days )of receipt of the original purchase. Although BodyJewels.Net offers only the finest quality products, from time to time, some service or repair may be necessary. For sizing, alterations, or repairs, please contact our customer service department. Any alterations made prior to the 30 day return period will void your ability to return the item. Our Rings are in a standard size 6 and 7. However we can size our Item to any size you need . Even 1/2 and 1/4 sizes . Please allow extra time to size your item to your needs. Rings Over a 7 or under a 6 there is a $25.00 Sizing fee Per Size . This will be added to your Bill upon shipping . (Special Orders are Non Returnable there will be no exceptions).
