We can create any jewelry item for you from a thought,dream or drawing. All our Online Jewelry can be made in 14kt 18kt and Pure Platinum in any color stones of your choice. Many items can have stone shape and stone size changes and come in a multitude of carat weights. So if you do not see the item you are looking for Just give us a call. Should your BodyJewels Created Diamond display any signs of damage when you receive it , BodyJewels will provide a replacement gem at no charge to the original purchaser. BodyJewels will always work on item that we have made for the duration we are in business. We have been in business since 1996.

Fees for stone setting and goldsmith work will apply to items older than 90 days, as well as any shipping fees. Original receipt must be presented for guarantee to apply. Please see our Policies page for complete details. Work performed on BodyJewels jewelry by anyone other than BodyJewels will void any and all warranties, expressed or implied.

BodyJewels Jewelry Guarantee:

All BodyJewels jewelry comes with a one year guarantee excluding custom orders., from the date of the original purchase, against any manufacturer's defects that compromises the integrity of the structure of the jewelry. At BodyJewels discretion we will repair or replace the item that is under guarantee. If for any reason the item in question has been updated or discontinued, BodyJewels at its option, will offer a replacement with a similar item or issue a store credit towards another in stock item of equal or greater value. Original receipt and order number must be presented for guarantee to apply and customers must maintain the original order number and receipt in order to facilitate any warranty work in the future. Work performed on BodyJewels jewelry by anyone other than BodyJewels will void any and all warranties, expressed or implied. Any items that display damage due to abuse or misuse will not be covered under the warranty, therefore voiding the warranty. The Service Authorization Request form is located at the Customer Service Center area of BodyJewels.com.

Availability of Merchandise:

Please allow approximately 48 hours to process all orders, plus shipping time. Items that need sizing, such as clearance items, may take a little longer. Some orders may ship more quickly, but each piece of jewelry is created by hand to your specifications after you place your order. Special orders may take up to 3 business weeks, plus shipping time. All orders will ship via Federal Express with signatures required at time of delivery. BodyJewels will notify you via email of your shipping confirmation number. All items shown on our website are subject to availability. BodyJewels can not fulfill orders for items that have been sold out or discontinued.

RUSH Services:

Expedited rush services may be available for certain items. Rush services are quoted along with delivery times on a case by case basis. Fees and delivery time may vary due to BodyJewels production schedule. Rush fees are non refundable and irrevocable once the order has been placed and initiated. BodyJewels rush fees will not be waived if BodyJewels ships the order for timely delivery and failure by the shipping carrier will not result in a refund of the rush service fees or the order. If a shipping carrier does not deliver on the date scheduled by the carrier, shipping fees (not rush fees) may be adjusted on a case by case basis. BodyJewels will always do its best to fulfill its obligation and ship your order in a timely manner for a promised delivery date. BodyJewels can not be held responsible or liable for any failures by a shipping carrier.

BodyJewels Jewelry Information :

All Jewelry is set in solid Gold or Platinum. The jewelry's carat content (i.e. 14K, 18K or PLAT) will be stamped on the jewelry at all time as is required. Platinum items BodyJewels make are 950 Platinum. All white gold jewelry and rhodium finish applied to provide a protective coating and a lustrous finish. All rhodium finishes are covered under BodyJewels 1 year jewelry warranty. Product Images: The images featured on our website may have been altered, reduced, or enlarged. All images are intended to represent the general design elements and appearance of the item. Due to constant product revisions and design improvements, BodyJewels reserves the right to modify its designs. This may include but is not limited to prongs, shanks, chains, clasps, and any other components or design elements. If you have specific requirements, please be sure to advise us while placing your order.

Custom Designs & Special Custom Order's :

BodyJewels reserves the right to make available for sale any and all custom designs that we have made for customers at any time and at any price. These designs are copyrighted works of BodyJewels and remain the property of BodyJewels, unless the customer purchases the original silver model(s) and mold(s) of the design, along with transfer of copyrights in a written and notarized agreement. All Our Cad Matrix Designs are BodyJewels Designs and copyrighted. Anyone using our images will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. All orders, including custom and special order items, must be paid in full at the time the order is placed unless you have signed up for flex pay and digitally signed your contract. BodyJewels will not begin production unless the order has been paid in full. Please allow up to 3 weeks for all Special Order items, unless advised otherwise.Please note all custom orders are non returnable and non refundable once approved and shipped peroid!

What is a Custom Order:

All Items that are made to order from the beginning of the design process from the clients request starting from cad design to finished and casting is a custom order and non refundable period once approved by the client! There are no exceptions. We take a tremendous time with each client to insure that we have all the deigns information and that you the client views all renderings before casting.All Items Under the Design by Cynthia Collection and Elite Designs are Custom Orders.Store Credit is Issued only if Item is defective or we will replace it at no charge to you . These item are sold as shown on the BodyJewels.com web site, or we can make an array of changes to the item for you from stone shaped to stone colors to gold and platinum. Ring prices are for items shown in 14kt white or 14kt yellow gold standard size size 6 and 7. Items above a size 7 will be charges upon shipping $15.00 per 1/4 size up for each size due to the high cost of gold .

BodyJewels Charges a CAD Design fee for all Special Designs:

This fee is non refundable at anytime however it is included in your price quote , You will receive your custom renderings and be able to make as may adjustments to the design until you are 100% happy, Once we have your approval we will proceed to cast your item. At This time no changes can be made to your order. If After this time you change your mind about the design , we will have to start the process over again.

However if for any reason the item is defective we will refund you in full or replace your item or items immediately. All Items that are Custom orders will state " Special Order" on each items" that is non returnable. If the item is a standard item , " It will state " Standard items and can be returned within 30 business days for full refund escept ship fees. Please note that we are Custom Jewelry Designer's and go out of our way to Create stunning jewelry for you .We do not sell hollow gold jewelry.

Return Policy & Restocking Fees:

Return Policy:

All standard items which are stated on our website as "Standard Items" (no returns or exchanges for special orders, loose stones, altered or clearance items, 18K and Platinum items) carry a thirty(30) calendar day, MONEY BACK GUARANTEE (Item must be returned to BodyJewels within 30 calendar days of merchandise delivery to customer).

You must request RA # (Return Authorization) prior to shipping your return. The RA form is located at the Customer Service Center area of www.bodyjewels.com. All return packages must clearly display this RA# on the outside of the box, or the package will not be received and will be refused.

Rush fees and Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. *Excluding: Special Orders, Loose Stones, Altered Items (items that have been sized or shortened), Damaged Merchandise, Clearance items, 18K and Platinum items and items made or sized below a 5 or above an 8. These items are not returnable or exchangeable and are considered a Final Sale. Refunds will only be credited in the same manner as the original payment. For credit card purchases, the refunds will be posted to the original card that was used for the purchase. No exceptions.

Refunds are generally issued in 15 business days.Please be patient if you do not see your credit on your billing statement, check with your credit card issuer or you will see it on your next billing statement. Ladies ring sizes below a 6 or above a 7. Men's ring sizes below a 9 or above a 10. Items returned without the original packaging, or if original packaging is damaged or altered. (Original packaging refers to jewelry gift box and outer box).

BodyJewels will apply restocking fees to items that are ordered for viewing purposes. BodyJewels will advise the customer via e-mail. Returns need to be carefully packed and we recommend the original shipping boxes if possible. PLEASE NOTE: SOFT SIDED PACKAGING ALLOWS FOR EASY DAMAGE IN SHIPPING. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND RETURNS BE SHIPPED IN A CRUSH PROOF BOX TO PREVENT DAMAGE. For your protection against loss during shipping, please make sure to insure your return package (with either the US Postal Service or UPS) for the full value of the product. Please include a copy of your original invoice along with a note explaining what you would like us to do (return, exchange or modify).

Unauthorized Returns or packages sent to BodyJewels will not accept packages that have not been previously authorized for delivery. You must obtain either a Return Authorization, Service Authorization or an Exchange Authorization number in order to send a package back to BodyJewels (please e-mail info@bodyjewels.com to obtain these authorization numbers along with original order number and the nature of the problem). If a package is inadvertently received and opened by BodyJewels and does not have the proper authorization number , BodyJewels, will make arrangements to send the item back to the customer.

If an item arrives to a customer damaged or customer states the wrong item may have been shipped, BodyJewels must review the item(s) before we can proceed with a solution. BodyJewels must be notified within 24 hours of the delivery date, in writing, by completing a service authorization request form located under the Customer Service Center link. Once BodyJewels has determined that the item arrived in a damaged condition or wrong item was shipped, BodyJewels will offer a replacement of that item or a refund, whichever the customer chooses, unless the item is a special order, clearance item, loose stone or item sent for servicing. These items are only eligible for a replacement or service under the BodyJewls warranty. Modify an exisiting order: Once an order has been placed and you have completed the checkout process, an order can not be changed. You will need to cancel the order and place a new order. See below for BodyJewels order cancellation policy.You MUST cancel your order within (24) hours of placing the order as we immedilty start casting your order.

Order Cancellation Policy:

Our commitment to our clients and to process orders as quickly as possible is a highest priority. Once the checkout process is completed our order processing department is immediately notified to begin the order fulfillment process. Special Orders Can not be canceled. There are no exceptions. All other orders that have been cancelled prior to shipping will be assessed a non-refundable $25.00 order processing fee per item. Sizing fees and rush fees are non refundable in addition to the early cancel fee.

Shipping:

In an effort to protect cardholders, all items must be shipped to the cardholder's billing address. Customer may not re-route packages, carrier is advised to return package to BodyJewels and customer will have to pay to reship package. Most packages are shipped via UPS or FedEx, however, Signatures are required for proof of delivery. BodyJewels will not ship to P.O. Box addresses with the exception od a APO address.

Payment Policies:

Since all jewelry is made to order, items must be paid in full prior to production. Your card will be charged at the time the order is placed. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express Discover PayPal ECheck and Money Orders for all orders within the United States Canada and Abroad. Shopping with BodyJewels with a credit card is safe. Our secure server encrypts your credit card information during transmission to protect your privacy. International Orders: Countries like, but not limited to, Australia and New Zealand may have additional surcharges. When placing an order, please see the shipment costs to your Country prior to completion of your order. International customers are responsible for their country's duties, taxes and any applicable brokerage fees imposed by the carrier or customs.

Sales Tax:

Sales tax of 7.5 is collected only on orders shipped to a location within the state of Las Vegas NV. Refusal of Service: BodyJewels reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime at our discretion.

Privacy Policy:

No personally identifiable data is collected Customer order information, i.e. Bill To and Ship To addresses, credit card information and phone numbers, are used to process the order only and are never made available to any parties outside of BodyJewels. .
